Frequently asked questions
What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within Calgary and surrounding areas. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

If you don't see your address listed, please contact us at ikebanna.ca@gmail.com or call us at 403-604-6477 to check if we can arrange a special delivery for you.
Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, for orders placed before 3pm we offer same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
What happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?

We will first contact the recipient to arrange delivery at a comfortable time. If we are unable to reach the recipient, we may leave the flowers with a neighbour or on the front porch, but only after confirming this option with you as the sender to ensure the flowers remain safe and fresh.
Can I cancel my order?

Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once prepared. Next-day or future orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at ikebanna.ca@gmail.com or call us at 403-604-6477. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been prepared yet.
Do the bouquets look exactly like the photos?

All our designs are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability and natural variation. If certain blooms are unavailable, we will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and colour palette.
Do you offer custom arrangements or event florals?

Yes! We love creating bespoke arrangements for weddings, events, and special requests. Please contact us at ikebanna.ca@gmail.com to discuss your vision.
How should I care for my flowers to keep them fresh?

We recommend trimming the stems at an angle, placing them in clean water with the flower food we provide, and refreshing the water daily. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruits to extend their freshness.
