Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Refunds:
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description and photos if applicable. We review each case individually to find the best solution.

Please note: In case of a refund, payment processing and service fees are non-refundable, as these are charged by third-party providers.

Cancellations:

• Same-day orders: Cannot be cancelled once prepared.

• Next-day or future orders: Can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
