Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing ikebanna. We offer delivery within [Calgary and surrounding areas - specify your delivery zone upon publishing].

Delivery Days & Times:
We deliver between 10 am - 8 pm (Monday - Friday) and  between 10 am - 4 pm on Satudays. Delivery after 8 pm or on Sundays is possible upon request. Exact times may vary based on order volume and route scheduling.

Same-Day Delivery:
Orders placed before 3 pm qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 3 pm may still be delivered the same day if our schedule and route allow. If same-day delivery is not possible, the order will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be displayed at checkout.

Recipient Availability:
Please ensure the recipient will be available at the provided address during delivery hours. If no one is available to receive the order:

• We will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place.

• If no suitable location is found, we will contact the recipient or you for further instructions.

• Re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check delivery addresses for accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Special Instructions:
If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave with concierge, at back door), please include them at checkout to help us ensure a smooth delivery.
