To keep your flowers fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, place them in clean water right away and keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, or cold drafts. Change the water daily and trim the stems at an angle every couple of days. If you ever need more care tips, just let us know – we’re always here to help your blooms last longer.
We deliver your flowers with care to ensure they arrive looking their very best. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make things right. Every bouquet is made just for you, and we want you to be completely happy with it.
Sometimes certain flowers or vases may be unavailable due to season or market conditions. When substitutions are needed, the overall style, colours, and feel of your bouquet will always be preserved, using flowers of equal or higher value.
